It used to be so huge to her. It use to fill the room and consume her thoughts. But now it was almost gone. She could barely see it and definitely could not touch it. How could something that big shrink so small? Was it sick? Was it dying? Who had broken it? Could it be fixed? Has anyone called the hospital yet? We are people right? We don’t watch something die and fail to get involved! Is that who we have become, so use to death, so common with disease, so comfortable with pain that we forget to respond with passion any more?
It’s a devastating syndrome; a dream-killer for certain, TLF seems to be air borne and few seem to care. Do you?
