Got Nerve?

Get Gospel Nerve Updates Delivered by Email or RSS!

Did you know that you can take Gospel Nerve on the road with you? It’s easy! Simply subscribe to the email updates or receive your updates by RSS.  Either way, it brings the inspiration right to your front door (so to speak :-D ). If you know what to do, then Get Nerve and get going, but if you need a little more information, then feel free to keep reading, there is more.

EMAIL.

Fill out the form below and your weekly email updates will start immediately.  We’ll also keep you abreast any cool things that we do around here, and we won’t overdo it (too much and too little is too distracting and slightly irritating).

One more simple promise from me to you.  Since I hate “spam (people emailing me stuff that I don’t want and didn’t ask for)” as much as you do (I’m sure), then I personally promise to never sell or compromise your email subscription in any form.  And should you change your mind about Gospel Nerve, it is super easy to unsubscribe.  As far as we are concerned, you remain in control of your inbox. You can manage your subscription from every email you receive through this mailing list. Simply click on the “Manage your Subscription” link at the bottom of the message.

If you are ready, then the fill in the form below and get your weekly dose of inspiration from the online coffee house for the spirit and the soul, Gospel Nerve:

But keep in mind that this is not the only way to subscribe.

RSS.

I prefer email subscriptions, but this is not the only way to remain in touch with Gospel Nerve and since we all have different needs, then you just may find this option (RSS) interesting.

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, in other words an RSS is like news (specific to each website) and an RSS reader is like your personal online newspaper except you choose who fills your pages by selecting your favorite blogs and subscribing to them.

Once you subscribe, then every time there’s is an update, it will pop into your RSS reader (reader for short).  This way you can read your favorite blogs in one place.  Instead of “running” all over the web, the information/the post/the excitement comes to you.

And if you want to visit the website, then click on the article inside your reader and it will take you there!  The RSS reader that I use is Net News Wire.  You can download it to your Mac computer. Google also has a free reader that you can use online, Google Reader.

One final thing you need to know: Everybody doesn’t offer RSS on their sites.  Blogs do, as well as some traditional websites.  To find out if a site you are viewing has it, then watch for the symbol,

Some may add graphics,

but the base is still the same.    Or the initials in all caps, like this:

RSS

Well, that’s the Gospel Nerve explanation for RSS, hope it helps but after all that I think it’s time to get back to “the inspiration” and a cup of “something wonderful!”  So click on your favorite article and grab your favorite beverage.

Oh, and remember to subscribe by RSS or join our EMAIL list in order to receive weekly updates and to Get Nerve delivered on your terms.youve-got-nerve
