We don’t have to be perfect to be blessed, but we have to be warriors, and we have to be in motion. I haven’t figured it all out yet and Lord knows that I haven’t reached my goal, but there is one thing that I can do and one place that I can put my focus: I try my hardest to forget what lies behind me and I strain for what lies ahead. I press on toward my goal because there is a reward that I am hungry for, a dream that motivates me, a hope that must become a reality. I press on because my life is more than me. And there is this promise that was made to me, engraved onto my heart you see, because of this promise, my dreams, they follow me, waiting to see me become woman enough to raise them up into reality, all beautiful, strong, independent, and free.
Our dreams have a soul, don’t let them die in a hell that they were never designed for because we were meant to live the dream in this life time. But what do we do when it gets hard? . . .
*These are my feelings, but I wasn’t the only one to ever feel this way. Phil 3:13-14.
