I love Proverbs 31, this passage set me free
It’s refreshing to learn that my desires
of real estate wealth
of being fit and in shape
of being a savvy business woman
of being prepared and ready
of being madly in love
are acceptable and
highlighted in the Word.
Above all, I learn the truth about what makes a woman priceless
As smart and savvy as she is (and we are smart);
it’s not our real estate ventures
nor our businesses and retail stores
nor our sexy bodies sculpted and maintained by exercise
not even our service in the community
nor our perfect homes
nor our husband’s love.
What makes us priceless
is the same thing that keeps us free,
our right relationship with God.
The priceless woman is the one “who reverently and worshipfully fears the Lord. The fruit of her hands and her own works will praise her.”
Not just married woman, but single women too.
So be priceless and get ready to live the dream (yes, I said it again. LIVE the DREAM!)
You need some help? OK, well, I was thinking about you guys the other day and this is what I came up with…
